Q: What do you charge for after hours no heat call?
A: While we do have standard pricing for certain things such as service call, the final charge has a lot of variables such as whether we have the part required in stock or if it is a unique part that requires us to get the part supplier to "open the door" for us in which there is an inherent additional cost. We will discuss in depth all these variables with you over the phone before we even show up so you can make the best decision regarding your budget.
Q: How often should I have my furnace maintained?
A: We generally recommend a furnace cleaning every 2-3 years and during that cleaning we do a full inspection and tune up of your furnace. During that inspection we will notify you of any concerns we may have that may require a repair sooner.
Q: What do you charge for repairs?
A: It depends! Every furnace is unique and so are the issues they can run into. We will always discuss diagnoses and repair options with you in advance so you can decide what option best fits your budget. We will let you know what needs fixing or replacing now versus what can wait a bit.
